Payment
DEFALCO FOR BREWERS & WINEMAKERS internet store has a minimum $10.00 purchase requirement on all orders (not including taxes, shipping or handling). You may pay for your order with either Visa or MasterCard credit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT VISA DEBIT. We will only charge your credit card once the item is shipped.

Shipping

Backorder Policy
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail with the status and approximate due date for the item to be shipped to you. Most backorders ship within 10-14 business days. In the event that your order is delayed more than 14 business days after the date of your order, DEFALCO FOR BREWERS & WINEMAKERS internet store will attempt to contact you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and an e-mail will be required from you confirming to proceed with the order or cancel the order. Should we not receive a confirmation e-mail from you within 48 hours providing direction, we will cancel your order. When your items are shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped and process your credit card for payment.

Sales Tax

You may return non-perishable, new, unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Non perishable items consist of products listed under the following MAIN categories: BEER EQUIPMENT, WINE EQUIPMENT, ACCESSORIES, as well as Purification Equipment..  Sub-categories consist of: Barwares, Bottles, Books, Closures, Beer Brewing Equipment, Wine Making Equipment, Labels, Shrink Caps, Sterilizers and Sanitizers and Wineracks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items that are listed under the following MAIN categories: BEER INGREDIENTS, WINE INGREDIENTS, LIQUEURS.  Sub-Categories: Beer Adjuncts, Beer Kits, Liqueur Extracts, beer & Wine Additives, 4, 5 and 6 Week Wine Kits and Yeast. We ask that you make an informed decision, read all descriptions and contact us should we need to provide more information on the particular product that interests you. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer BASED ON OUR REDUCED RETURN RATES  and will be deducted from the refund total unless the return is a result of our error. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. It is very important that all returns are co-ordinated with us so we can provide the best possible return rate or should you decide to ship the item back by your own carrier, you will be responsible for the costs, please ensure it is sent with a carrier that has tracking capabilities and are insured for the full value of the merchandise as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event a return is lost or damaged, the customer is responsible to submit a claim with the carrier. Shipments that are refused by the customer at time of delivery and are therefore returned to us will receive credit on the merchandise less any shipping costs incurred to initially send the package as well as to return it to us as well as a 25% re-stocking fee on the total amount of the merchandise.
