| WORKS WITH BREWMASTER EDITION CHRONICALS/UNITANKS ONLY. A properly controlled fermentation temperature is critical to producing quality beer. The Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System (FTSs) is the result of many napkin sketches and applying thermodynamics to advanced brewing practices. The system is elegant in its simplicity yet incredibly efficient. The FTSs uses a precision temperature controller that constantly monitors the temperature of your fermentation to within 1degree of its set point. When the temperature of your beer rises by over 1 the system kicks in and circulates your chill source liquid through the chiller coil until temperature is stabilized. The FTSs system also incorporates a heating pad so if temperature of your beer drops the controller will activate the system to gently warm the beer back up to the controllers set point. Your chill source can be as simple as a cooler with ice or as sophisticated as Glycol Chiller. Includes Duel input digital temp control, hose, hose clamps, heating pad. SS Brewtech 7 Gal Brewmaster Edition Chronical
The Chronical Brewmaster Edition is the most advanced fermenter on the market for home brewers. SS Brewtech has taken what they've learned designing and manufacturing pro brewing equipment and it's original Chronical fermenters and integrated them into the Chronical BME. Features a a 3" TC port on the lid, perfect for CIP or dry hopping. An FTSs Chilling coil is included, weldlessly mounted to the body of the chronical, allowing for chilling or heating. Internal Gallon & Liter markings are electrically etched, so no fading over time. Custom designed butterfly valves and rotating racking arm are included, as well as a 3" tc cap,clamp and gasket. This cap has a 17 mm hole for airlock or Blowoff addition. Exterior has a polished finish, which cleans easily, and displays beautifully. Custom squeeze butterfly valve, 3" TC clamp, gasket, cap. 1.5" TC flanges on racking/dumping ports. Rotatable TC racking arm, thermowell, LCD temperature gauge, brewer's grade silicone gaskets, sampling valve, neoprene insulating jacket, and you have the most complete fermenter available for brewers. This low energy RAPT enabled Bluetooth Thermometer is compatible with the Gen 4 BrewZillas and RAPT Temperature Controllers and RAPT Fermentation Chambers. It will not work without one or more of the devices listed above.
By receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors the BrewZilla can make smarter and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillilation process. For example a BLE thermometer can be placed into your coolant water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, a BLE thermometer can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature etc.
RAPT Connectivity
The new Bluetooth thermometer can connect up to your BrewZilla Gen 4, RAPT Temperature Controller, RAPT Fermentation Chamber and log that temperature data and manipulate fermentation/brewing and distillation profiles in the RAPT Portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically. The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past with logged temperatures from the main units probe and this digital thermometer. This unit can also be setup to get push notifications to your mobile phone of when to sparge for example.
Along with this ease of access and control. The RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customise your brewday with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe.
For example, you could set up step mash profiles using the core temperature of your mash instead of the cavity below where the probe is.
Greater accuracy for a more repeatable recipe that results in much better beer!
