Looking for 25kg bulk grains, we currently stock all styles we offer in smaller sizes for sale in 25kg sizes.  Our Moodie Drive and Lanthier Drive normally have in stock the base malts we offer whereas our Moodie Drive stocks all grains/adjuncts we offer.  Any 25kg bag can be moved to our Lanthier Drive location within a week's time.  We also offer a special order service for bulk grains we don’t stock.  If a 25kg size is listed as out of stock on our online store, we may have inventory at our Moodie Drive location...613-721-9945.  View our 25kg bulk grains available styles here.  Add your name to our Bulk Grain Special Order notification list.  We order every 4/5 weeks and will send out a notice 1 week prior the order deadline.  Send us an email to customerservice@defalcowines.com and in the Subject Line put Bulk Grain Special Orders.  Bell continues to have issues delivering to gmail accouints.    To ensure delivery of notices, please provide an alternate address.

Weyermann Munich Type 2 malt ('Dark Munich') is a kilned lager-style malt made from quality, two-row, German spring barley. It produces robust malt characteristics, including full body, deep amber color, and smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is strongly malty and the rich aroma has notes of caramel, honey, and bread. Munich malt is typically used in dark lagers and ales, especially Munich-style lagers, various bock styles, and German festival beers like Mrzenbier, Festbier, and Oktoberfest.
