To assist you in brewing premium quality beer Coopers has developed a range of brewing adjuncts specifically designed to enhance body, mouthfeel, ABV and head retention. Each contributes unique characteristics when used as recommended with their range of brewing extracts or can be used in recipe formulation.
Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsner.
Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention.
