Blichmann HellFire Floor Burner
Efficient, fast, and versatile. This dual mode capability burner is unlike anything else on the market and is sure to satisfy all your heating needs. This custom made burner is tuned to operate in high efficiency mode, and also in a second high power mode. In the high power mode, you'll be amazed with 140,000BTU/hr output for blazing fast heating. Waiting for a boil is now a thing of the past. In the high efficiency mode, you'll get 80,000 BTU/hr and superb heat transfer to the wort and whisper quiet operation. Plenty of power to keep a rolling boil on a 20 gal batch of beer. To top off all that power we include a patent pending heat shield to keep that massive power off your valve and thermometer and direct it to your wort. Simple operation - just crank up the gas and adjust the damper for more power! A nice clean burn where the flames do not lift off the nozzles. Set it and forget it. Automatically sets the hot liquor flow rate and liquid level in your mash tun. Blichmann HopBlocker
Traditional screen filters draw from the bottom of the kettle immediately sucking all pellet hops and fine break material into the screen, where they plug. In Blichmann Engineering's HopBlocker, preferential flow leaves settled fine break material (hops and trub) undisturbed at the bottom of the kettle while draining the majority of the wort through a coarse filter from the top down. When the wort level is just a couple of inches from the bottom of the kettle, the fine filter element is then exposed by lifting the shield, and the remainder of the wort is filtered. It's an intuitive design that allows the fine filter to work only on a small portion of the wort, not all of it. The HopBlocker will filter up to 95% of the break material and hops from your wort without plugging. While it is designed specifically to complement Blichmann Engineering's BoilerMaker brew kettles, the HopBlockercan be installed in any manufacturer's kettle or keg.
NOTE: The HopBlocker is designed for use with pellet hops only. Whole/loose hops will plug the unit. While using whole hops, or a mix of whole and pellet hops, you must bag your whole hops in a large muslin grain bag. This will not affect the utilization rate and will result in significantly less wort loss.

To assist you in brewing premium quality beer Coopers has developed a range of brewing adjuncts specifically designed to enhance body, mouthfeel, ABV and head retention. Each contributes unique characteristics when used as recommended with their range of brewing extracts or can be used in recipe formulation.
Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsner.
Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite brew. Use where a fuller, maltier flavour is preferred.
