The bottle washer is compact fabricated in stainless steel.
Bottle trays are loaded from the top of the unit which has a clear, see through acrylic lid. Two plastic trays are included with the washer. Each tray will accommodate 30 bottles. Each tray has holes with a diameter to accommodate most beer and wine bottles.
The washer comes equipped with a circulating pump along with a 1 pump dispenser unit which is used for the addition of a chlorine based detergent. The control panel is mounted on the washer and all the internal fittings are connected. Total weight of the unit is approximately 150lbs.
To activate the washing cycle the top lid must be closed. The start button on the control panel is pushed and the cycle follows through to completion. The cleaning cycle is a hot water wash with a chlorine based detergent followed by a cold water rinse. After the initial cleaning cycle, a small amount of the original detergent is maintained in the cavity to work as a sanitizer in the cold water rinse cycle. There are 30 nozzles mounted in a PVC manifold that allows for the cleaning of the inside of each bottle.
The system is very user friendly. The complete cycle is under 4 minutes to wash and sanitize bottles. (We ensure our customers bottles are already clean prior to using the machine)
Requires hot and cold water at location as well as gravity drainage. Uses 115v 60hz single phase electrical supply
All copper piping has been replaced by us with stainless steep piping.
