This Sparkling Ale has a deep golden amber colour and full malt driven palate. It displays distinctive fruitiness with banana esters, generous hops, a clean bitter finish and strong creamy head.

Please note: When selecting clearance kits, it is recommended to do a yeast starter at the beginning to ensure the yeast is working before preparing your wort, you may also want to purchase a replacement yeast to have for back up.
