Robust, high alcohol tolerant yeast for a wide range of top fermented beers.
Please note: All sales final when selecting clearance products past their Best Before date. The "Best Before" date on dried yeast is not a hard expiry date, it's the latest the manufacturer will legally guarantee 100% viability. Clearance priced dry yeast past its "Best Before" date may have slightly reduced viability, but dried yeast typically remains usable for several years passed date as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place, preferably refrigerated (all individually sold yeasts at DeFalco's are stored in refrigerators).
