Produced locally in Pakenham Ontario, light in colour, pale malts are the most commonly used base malts. Called 2 row because there are 2 rows of grains that grow on each stalk of barley. 2 row has more sugar and less protein than 6 row, giving it more extract per kg. Lovibond 2.07.
