Specialty malts stocked at our Moodie Dr. location but can be moved or ordered for Orleans location pickup. Produced locally in Pakenham Ontario, light in colour, pale malts are the most commonly used base malts. Called 2 row because there are 2 rows of grains that grow on each stalk of barley. 2 row has more sugar and less protein than 6 row, giving it more extract per kg. Lovibond 2.07.
