A dark lager popularised in the Bavarian region of Germany. This beer has all of the character of lager with the body of a dark beer.

Please note: When selecting clearance kits, it is recommended to do a yeast starter at the beginning to ensure the yeast is working before preparing your wort, you may also want to purchase a replacement yeast to have for back up.
