Liquid yeasts are guaranteed for 6 months from production dates. Although we attempt to stock every style, it would be impossible to guarantee its freshness. We do however offer a special order service for all liquid yeasts we do not stock. We order directly from the manufacturers of Escarpment, Wyeast and White Labs every 5/7 weeks (on hand inventory dependent) to guarantee freshness and We send out a notice 1 week prior to ordering to everyone who wishes to receive the notice and ask they submit their order by the pre-determined order deadline. If you're interested in being on the Special Order Liquid Yeast, send an email to customerservice@defalcowines.com and in the subject line put "Liquid Yeast Special Orders".
Some items are seasonal and limited releases that fall under "Special Order"...you can check each manufacturers website to see what is available in their inventory....Escarpment Labs, Wyeast Labs, White Labs.
For the protection of all of our customers, we cannot accept returns on any of the products listed in the Yeast category. We ask that you make an informed decision, read all descriptions and contact us should we need to provide more information on the particular product that interests you.
