Soft, pleasantly spicy and herbal with vivid woodsy, earthy, and dark floral character. Distinctively “hoppy” in pale worts. Rootstock grown elsewhere doesn’t have the same range or balance as Czech flowers. (Alpha Acid Content 2.0-5%)
