Description
The Blonde Lager Beer Kit is a cold-filled product from ABC Crafted Series, using some of Europe's finest malt extract and a high-quality yeast strain to create the desired aromas for the beer. The kit weighs 1.5 kilograms, or 3.5 pounds, and makes approximately 23 litres, or 6 gallons, of beer with an approximate alcohol content of 4.4%. The beer has a pale gold colour and a bitterness level of 2/5 with an IBU range of 18-24. The kit has instructions for brewing the beer and requires dextrose (1 kilogram, or 2.3 pounds), and brewing equipment. Not Eligible for DeFalco Points
Please note: When selecting clearance kits, it is recommended to do a yeast starter at the beginning to ensure the yeast is working before preparing your wort, you may also want to purchase a replacement yeast to have for back up.
