Description
The Pilsner Light Beer Kit weighs 1.8 kg (1800 g, 63 1/2 oz, or 3 15/16 lb). It has an approximate alcohol by volume (ABV) of 4.4% and has a gold colour. It makes 23 litres (6 gallons) of beer and uses the Workhorse yeast. The traditional Pilsner has a spicy and mild hoppiness from the Saaz hops, providing a crisp and dry taste with a clean, lingering bitterness that refreshes the palate. To brew, 1 kg (1000 g, 35 1/4 oz, or 2 3/16 lb) of Dextrose is required along with brewing equipment. Not eligible for DeFalco Points
