Description
The Pale Ale Beer Kit Pouch by ABC Crafted Series is a weight of 1.8 kg (1800 g, 63 1/2 oz, 3 15/16 lb). It has an estimated alcohol by volume (ABV) of 4.4% with a bitterness rating of 2.5/5 and an International Bitterness Unit (IBU) of 25-35. The beer is burnished gold in colour and makes 23 litres or 6 gallons. It uses the M15 Empire Ale yeast and is dry-hopped with Simcoe and Chinook hops for a tropical fruit and earthy grapefruit character. The kit requires 1 kg (1000 g, 35 1/4 oz, 2 3/16 lb) of dextrose as brewing sugar and brewing equipment. Not eligible for DeFalco Points
