Description
The Draught Beer Kit weights 1.8 kg, equal to 1800 g, 63 1⁄2 oz and 3 15⁄16 lb. It has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of approximately 4.4%, a bitterness rating of 2.5/5, and an international bitterness unit (IBU) range of 18-24. This kit produces a beer with a pale straw colour and a white head, with a clean aroma featuring hints of vanilla. The taste is light in malt flavour, with slight honey notes and a ripe yet dry finish. The kit includes a 5g dried yeast strain of Workhorse and requires Dextrose as brewing sugar, with a conversion of 1 kg = 1000 g = 35 1⁄4 oz = 2 3⁄16 lb.
