Similar to what large breweries use, this counter pressure bottling filler is now available to the homebrewer so you can fill your beer bottles right from keg to bottle with no exposure to oxygen and without losing carbonation. Ball lock inlet, ball lock beer inlet- blow off valve, bleed valve to purge co2 from the bottles that you fill.
